We, India's #1 Mindful Career Parenting Mentors have launched a movement to help parents guide their teenagers in making mindful career choices.

Despite our successful careers — Prasad as a management consultant and IIM Ahmedabad graduate, and Suganya as a Data Quality Engineer— we felt unfulfilled due to misaligned aspirations.

This realization drove us to create ‘Mindful Career Parenting,’ an initiative born from our desire to prevent future generations from repeating our mistakes.

Our mission is to empower 22 million teenagers and their parents to consciously choose careers that blend passion, meaningful impact, and holistic well-being.
