Two successful careers.
One life-changing realization.
We discovered that success without fulfilment isn't success at all. Today, our mission is to help every teenager choose a career by clarity—not by circumstance.

We were the children every parent dreamed of.
We grew up in middle-class families in Tamil Nadu where education wasn't just important—it was everything.
Like millions of Indian children, we believed there was a simple formula for success. Study hard. Score high. Become an engineer or doctor. Build a successful career.
We followed that formula with complete sincerity—University Gold Medalists, Best Outgoing Students, families made proud.
At that stage of life, we genuinely believed everything was going exactly as planned.
We achieved everything we had worked for.

Prasad graduated from IIM Ahmedabad and built a successful career in management consulting.

Sugi established herself as a Big Data Technologist, leading complex technology projects and Data Quality & Integrity Team.

Promotions. Recognition. Accelerated Growth. Financial stability. Respect. We had everything.
Yet somewhere deep inside… something didn't feel complete.
The moment we realised we were climbing the wrong ladder.

"Why doesn't this feel as fulfilling as I imagined?"
For years, we couldn't explain what was missing. Nothing was "wrong." Our careers were progressing. People admired what we had achieved. But every promotion raised a question we couldn't answer.
For Sugi, the realization came after leading demanding projects that required endless late nights and immense personal sacrifice. Every milestone brought appreciation—but not the deep sense of purpose she had expected.
For Prasad, it unfolded through years of consulting, airports, client meetings and corporate success. Then one early morning, while travelling to the airport, life almost came to a halt. A sleepy driver lost control of the car on the highway. For a few terrifying moments, everything became uncertain.
"If life ended today, would I be proud only of what I achieved… or of the life I truly lived?"
The search for that answer led us inward. Prasad immersed himself in mindset transformation, personal development and self-discovery. One exercise changed everything.
He realised that he had spent years chasing external success without ever pausing to understand himself. That was the first time he truly reconnected with the most important person in his life—himself.
Our careers had been successful. But they had not been consciously designed.

One question became our life's purpose.
What if today's teenagers never had to discover this truth in their thirties?
What if they could understand themselves first… before choosing a career?
What if parents could become guides instead of decision-makers?
Our purpose was no longer just building successful careers. It was helping the next generation build fulfilling lives.
We started by listening.
Before creating a framework. Before writing a book. Before launching programmes.
We spoke to teenagers. Parents. Teachers. Schools. Again and again, we heard the same struggles.

Overwhelmed by endless career options.
Trying their best—but lost in a rapidly changing world.
Very few were asking: who is this teenager becoming?
Career planning wasn't just about choosing a profession. It was about helping a teenager discover who they are before deciding what they want to become.

That's how Mindful Career Parenting was born.
Mindful Career Parenting is more than a career planning methodology. It is a movement to transform how families approach one of life's biggest decisions.
We believe every teenager deserves to discover their interests, strengths and aspirations before choosing a career. And parents shouldn't carry the burden of having all the answers—they can become thoughtful partners in their teenager's journey.
Today, through mentoring programmes, workshops, our book and keynote talks, we help families replace confusion with clarity, pressure with partnership and uncertainty with confidence.
To create a generation of Future Ready Champions who choose their careers by clarity, not circumstances—and unlock their true potential to thrive in a life of success, purpose and fulfilment.
To help teenagers discover who they are before deciding what they want to become.
We achieve this by helping them build career clarity, future-ready skills, confidence and character—while empowering parents to become mindful career guides.

"We cannot change the career choices we made as teenagers.
But together, we can help the next generation make theirs consciously."
Join us in building a generation of Future Ready Champions.
